No, I don’t usually do the selfie food thing.
However, today is my eldest’s birthday. I made a heavyset banana-cherry-chocolate whipped cream cake for the occasion.
He almost didn’t make it on that day so long ago. Plus, this cake nearly got dropped while I eased it out of the fridge.
I’m pretty darned grateful both made it through. Thus, this rare food -selfie- a- hoozit.
